Returns Policy

Please e-mail info@rjpolo.com within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return or exchange goods.

Once a return request has been accepted you then have 14 days from the date of notification to return the goods back to us for a refund or exchange.

Goods returned outside of these terms may be accepted at our discretion and if a refund is requested it may have a 25% re-stocking fee deducted.

Goods must be returned not used, undamaged and in original packaging.

Returns and exchange postage will be paid by the purchaser. We do not offer a free returns service.
