If items are in stock, we will endeavour to despatch orders within the same day or up to three working days after the order has been placed.

All orders are sent by either 1st or 2nd class post, or courier. Please note that this is not normally guaranteed next day delivery unless you have paid for this service  - if you require next day guaranteed, please be sure to select the correct postage option at the checkout.

All packages are sent fully tracked.

If items are unavailable or out of stock you will be advised immediately and your money returned, unless you wish us to hold it until the item is available.

Goods can be posted or shipped worldwide and we will endeavour to find the most economic service available. Customers are able to select either European or Rest of the World shipping when going through check out where a standard shipping fee will be charged. Once we receive the order and postage address we will calculate the best shipping option for you and if the postage costs are greater than the standard fee already charged then customers will be e-mailed with a price and asked to pay the balance of the shipping costs. Alternatively you are welcome to e-mail with your address and items you would like on info@rjpolo.com prior to ordering for a shipping quote.

Special Orders - Special order items (those not normally stocked) must be paid for in advance and cannot be returned.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
 
Delivery
 
The purchaser must examine the goods on receipt and any shortage must notify RJ Polo within 3 working

Returns/Refunds Policy

Please notify RJ Polo within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return or exchange the goods.

If we have received contact regarding a return within the 14 days and have agreed the return, you then have 14 days from the date of notification, (this must be within the 14 days of receipt of the goods)  - for a full refund.

Returns and exchange postage will be paid by the purchaser. Where a goods are to be exchanged  the cost of re shipping will be paid by the purchaser. 

Cancellation Terms

We endeavour to despatch all orders as soon as possible, we are unable to cancel goods once an order has been placed. If you no longer require the goods please refer to the refunds policy.

Warranty

All goods are warranted for 30 days, for any defects after 30 days it will be on an individual basis and discretion

All sale or discounted items are non returnable except at our discretion.
